A refreshing golden coloured Pale Ale made with local hops only. This beer is really easy drinking with a fruity character.
Ready to drink as soon as it's carbonated
Makes 20 Liters
Alcohol: 4.3%
Included in kit:
- 1 kg Pale Malt
- 300 g Dextrin Malt
- 2 kg Dry Malt Extract
- 25 g Southern Passion hops
- 10 g Southern Passion hops
- 5 ml Irish Moss
- Ale yeast

Equipment needed:
- 25l Fermentation bucket with airlock
- Sanitiser - recommend No Rinse Sanitiser or Acidisan available on website.
- Thermometer
- Hydrometer - Optional but useful to calculate alcohol %
- Grain bag
- Large sieve/Colander
- 15 L pot or bigger
- Ice or an immersion chiller
