Tartaric Acid 200g
Tartaric acid is a naturally occurring acid found in grapes and wine, and it's known as the source of "wine diamonds" (potassium bitartrate crystals) that can form on corks or bottle bottoms when wine is chilled.
Tartaric acid also plays a role in lowering the pH of fermenting grape juice (must), acting as a preservative, and contributing to the overall taste and flavor of wine.
