Equipment needed:
- 25l Fermentation bucket with airlock
- Sanitiser - recommend No Rinse Sanitiser or Acidisan available on website.
- Thermometer
- Hydrometer - Optional but useful to calculate alcohol %
- Grain bag
- Large sieve/Colander
- 15 L pot or bigger
- Ice or an immersion chiller
