The Black Rock Colonial Largeris a  is a light coloured, easy-drinking session lager with low bitterness - Great for those hot sunny days.

What is included:

• 1.7kg brew can containing hopped liquid malt extract
• Yeast
• Instructions on back of can

Recommend to be brewed with Beer Enhancer 1 to increase body and mouth feel  (available under brewing sugars)

What do I need to get started? 

• Basic brew kit - Fermentation bucket, capper, airlock, bottling tube ect. Available here
• Empty bottles (Not twist top bottles) and caps.  Available here  
• Carbonation sugar (Dextrose work best). Available here  
• No Rinse Sanitiser. MOST IMPORTANT STEP!  Available here
