Very popular neutral ,strong fermenting yeast used for the production of sparkling wine. Also ideal for cider and mead

- Strong fermenter with a cold tolerance of 11°C.
- Optimum fermentation range 12 - 27°
- Alcohol tolerance 16.5% at 20°C
- Low foam production
Also great for making Cider and for high alcohol fermentation's or bottle conditioning high alcohol beers.
- 25-30 g/hl (100 liter) - Wine (Due to presence of natural yeast in grapes)
- 0.5-1 g/L - Cider / Mead (Higher dose rate due to lack of natural yeast to help initiate the fermentation)
